  I have been with Huntington for several years now and I have stayed with them because I find their policies reasonable and their staff very friendly and willing to help. That was until this morning when the 21st bank manager said very loudly, what my account balance was. Everyone heard and then he started to explain that I couldn't use the temporary atm card I had asked for because the account balance he thought he saw was less than $20. I was shocked that he openly, loudly and rudely addressed me like that, he had not been the one helping me when he interjected nor did he greet me before talking about my money. I had well over $20 in my account and knew very well how the atm worked. Even if I hadn't had the money in my account to use the card he should have been professional and polite. The rest of my experiences with this branch and others have been fine but honestly i can't believe a manager would be so rude.
